How to cook REAL Wonton Soup – Weight Loss Secret Recipe

A staple from Asian cuisine: the wonton soup recipe. I am describing the real wonton broth mix in this video. Ideal for weight loss because of its low carb soup broth.

This wonton soup recipe can be done in advance by freezing the wontons. You will need only 10 minutes in total to create the soup and cook the wontons. Ideal for a low carb and low fat diet, this real wonton  soup is delicious and super easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 litre chicken stock
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 1 big clove of garlic
  • 1tbsp soja sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • Spring onions

Directions

  • In a pan, add some coconut oil with the onions
  • Cook them until translucide or 
  • Add the garlic
  • Pour the chicken stock straight away so that the garlic doesn’t burn.
  • Add the soja sauce and sesame oil
  • Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
  • It is ready!
