– 250g chocolate contains 126g carbs
– 120g full fat milk contains 6g carbs
➡︎ 132g carbs divided in 16 pots= 8,2g carbs per pot
👉 BEWARE of the fat-protein index. In my recipe, each chocolate mousse bowl contains 52 calories.
Anything above 150 calories will increase your blood sugar 3 hours after eating. You should be good with one or two chocolate mousse pots!
