
Diabetes & yummy recipe: For those of us who need to add some carbs to our diet, this is such a great recipe. You cannot tell that there is anything else than meat in these burgers. Be careful not to put too much feta cheese salad as there is a lot of fat. You could also eat them with buns.
The whole amount of meat and bulgur for the burgers is 4,7R or 47g carbs
👉To make it easier for you, I recommend cooking some bulgur in advance and freezing it.
