Toum is a very popular Lebanese sauce through the Middle East. You can eat it with any kind of meat like chicken, lamb or beef but also with vegetables or even sweet potato fries. The possibilities are endless!
I am showing you today how to make an easy tortilla with BBQ chicken, tomato and cucumber salad, covered with this lovely sauce.
The taste will not be too bitter, I will show you. Hope you like it!
✽ As a general rule, 300g of vegetable equals to 10g carbohydrates (if you want tomato and cucumber salad on the side)
✽ Mini wheat tortilla from brand Mexifood, Each one contains 11g carbohydrates
✽ Wholemeal wheat tortilla from Each one contains 18g of carbohydrates If you don’t want to eat carbohydrates, just eat the chicken with the salad (less than 300g) and don’t forget to put some Toum sauce, that is what makes the dish!!
