Such an easy pear dessert tart to make and without any sugar/sweetener added, so that you can indulge without feeling guilty!
These pear tarts have a low carb content too so could be included in a low carb or keto diet.

👉 CARBOHYDRATE CONTENT:
– 100g of pears (or fruits in general) equals to 10g carbs
– 230g of puff pastry(the whole pastry) has a total amount of carbs of 83g carbs
➡︎ 28g pastry equals to 10g carbs
– The toppings don’t count
👉 Once you have cut the pastry ready to be put in moulds, weigh the pastry alone.
In my case it weighs 32g. ➡︎Each tart pastry contains 11g carbs (32/28)
Once you place the pear on the tart, make sure to always put the same amount.
I put 80g of pear on each tart. ➡︎The pear carb content is 8g carbs
👉 In my recipe, each pear tart equals to 11+8= 19g carbs
