No sugar apple and cinnamon dessert

Delicious apple dessert with cinnamon and a dash of fresh cream. Super easy to make and with no need to add sugar.

Diabetes diet: This dessert is best eaten warm. It is a great way to add something sweet at the end of a meal.

Ingredients

  • Apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Fresh cream
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Peel and cut the apples in little squares
  • In a saucepan, add some water
  • Add the apples
  • Cook on medium heat
  • Mix often
  • When cooked, add a tablespoon of butter
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Squash the apples a little bit
  • Serve when warm with some fresh cream
  • Enjoy!
