Each crêpe is worth 1,5R or 15g carbs.
I have made the crêpes with white flour, it would be better with brown flour. You could also reduce the carb content by using skimmed or almond, soja milk
👉 For the ladies with gestational diabetes, don’t eat more than 2 crêpes
