As a general rule, 20g of bread equals to 1R or 10g carbs
80g of fig equals to 1R or 10g carbs
👉 Instead of cottage cheese, you could use some Philadelphia cheese.
👉 If you have plain bread, add a walnut or two, it goes really well with figs!
