– 41g of uncooked sweet potatoes equals to 1R or 10g carbs
– 50g of cooked sweet potatoes equals to 1R or 10g carbs
👉 Sweet potatoes are better than regular potatoes because they have a low glycemic index (it won’t make your sugar spike)
