Diabetes & yummy recipe: I have taken inspiration from a wonderful book by Yotam Ottolenghi, Jerusalem. This salad is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Everything goes well together, with the added crunch of the pomegranate and hazelnuts. Yummy!
